SLAMMING THE DOOR SHUT ON 2016 (AND GET MANIFESTING AN AWESOME 2017!)
Hello! You may have seen already that we are coming to the end of a 9 year cycle. In numerological terms, this means that we’re at the the of the shitstorm of a year (you’re with me right?)
Lucky for us we will be reverting back to year 1, which as you can probably guess, is all about new beginnings. We get to wipe the slate clean. We get to decide just how awesome the year ahead is going to be and get manifesting an incredible 2017.
When working with clients, one of the things I like to do is calculate their personal year (this is the one which they are born into) and their current year (this is the one which they are currently in.) This determines which characteristics they may hold, as well as the annual attributes they should concentrate on for the next 12 months.
Before starting anything new, I believe you need to clear out all the crap. Flowers have a better chance of blooming if the soil is weed-free and raked, don’t they? So do your dreams.
First off we need to reflect. I have created an accompanying PDF for you to download by clicking on the button below.
You need to give yourself approximately 30-60 minutes of uninterrupted time. Do whatever makes you feel relaxed – that may be closing the curtains so you can retreat, lighting a candle or playing some soothing music. Everyone is unique, so do what chills your soul. You need to be relaxed to manifest.
Take your time and don’t overthink what gets written down – it’s totally private to you.
ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS
- What went well in 2016?
- Out of all of these things, what one thing was your biggest achievement?
- Why did it go so well?
- What were you most proud of?
- How did that make you feel?
- Who did you meet that made you feel inspired?
- What one place did you go to which you fell in love with?
- What didn’t go well in 2016?
- Why didn’t it go well?
- If you could turn back time, what would you do differently?
- Which goals didn’t you achieve?
- Do you still feel aligned to them?
- If not, what changed?
Next to really get the manifesting to work full throttle, I want you to write a letter to yourself, written in the future. This may sound a little cuckoo, but if you’ve read my post about manifesting, then you know that everything you desire is already there waiting.
Things you may want to include could be –
- Who did you meet
- Where did you go
- What did you see
- What did you discover about yourself
- What challenged you
- How did you overcome this challenge
- How did you feel
You can even go into details about where you’re living, what you’re wearing, how you felt as the sun beats down on your face in the Bahamas, or the first time you kiss the toes of your newborn child. Whatever you want, write it down!
When you’re done, question yourself – how do I feel? Do I feel great? Like I’m going to grab the next 12 months by the horns? Or do I feel nervous about my future? Do you feel like your ideas are too crazy? Your dreams are too big? If you do then you need to recheck with yourself and either meditate on it or booking to one of my workshops, where we can balance your limiting beliefs.
I do hope you found this useful and my friend and fellow dream believer, I’m wishing you the most stupendous 2017!
All my love,
Hey gorgeous, I know that I haven’t posted in a long long time, and I really wanted to take an opportunity to explain why. This is kind of long, so go grab a cuppa and get yourself comfy… About a year ago I started feeling really unwell. Looking back, I don’t know why...
Soon after qualifying as a Reflexologist in my early 20s, I discovered that more and more women were booking into my clinic for fertility treatments. This sparked a huge curiosity for me, as there was so little evidence (due to lack of studies) to explain how...
One of the most common questions asked by my pregnancy clients at my clinic in Cambridge, is which are the best essential oils to use to de-stress and unwind during their pregnancies (and which ones should they avoid) so I’ve come up with a handy guide. It’s advised...
