SARAH WILDER’S SPIRIT ANIMAL COLOURING BOOK
Hello! Last week I was looking for some Christmas inspiration on HayHouse’s site, when I stumbled across this beauty under new releases.
Sarah Wilder is the founder of The Fifth Element Life, and is a seriously talented artist and designer. If you haven’t checked out her Instagram yet, you must!
Connecting mandalas, sacred geometry and animism, this book is a must have tool to help you unwind and connect with your spirit animal.
I haven’t had a chance to colour mine in yet, but the front cover is so inspiring. I need to up my colouring game!
A feature which I thought was so helpful, was the categorised index. It’s perfect if you want to meditate on a certain feeling, action or emotion, but are unsure which animal it would correspond to. Very cool!
The symmetry is so soothing. Each page feels balanced.
I love the fact Sarah has included obscure animals. I never thought of a rooster being my spirit animal!
I absolutely love this Spirit Animal colouring book! I’m a bit of a colouring book junkie, and I tend to go for very detailed books, so one with more “white space” will encourage me to use different colouring techniques, which is great as I’m not the most adventurous colourer!
As the spirit animals are not swaying towards the feminine, my 7 year old eyed up a couple which he wanted to get stuck into. Cue 10 minutes of peace for me!
This is a super book at a fantastic price of £9.99 and can be purchased from HayHouse or Amazon.
