THE BEST HEALTH & WELLNESS EVENTS TO VISIT IN LONDON THIS SPRING

 

 

Hello! Doesn’t it feel like spring is on its way? And with it a new sense of health….like the earth is blowing new life into us all! With that in mind, I thought I’d share with you today a list of the most exciting health and wellness events taking place in London this spring – guaranteed to  leave you feeling inspired and invigorated!

 

 

WINTER HAPPINESS FESTIVAL now until end of Feb

A social enterprise community café just off Brick Lane has teamed up with global happiness movement, the Museum of Happiness, to bring Londoners the perfect antidote to the January Blues.

Featuring a giant ball pit, gratitude tree, let-go bin and lots of mindful activities to take part in, there are also workshops running every Saturday afternoon.

Tickets are by donation and a session in the ball pit costs £5.90

FARE HEALTHY 4-5th February

The go-to health festival at Trumans Brewery, London. Featuring 4 stages which will host talks, panel discussions and cookery demonstrations from leaders in the health industry including Ella Mills (Deliciously Ella) and Natasha Corrett (Honestly Healthy.)

There will also be meditation and yoga classes, book signings and a kids area for children to watch their very own cooking demonstrations.

There are opportunities to chat to nutritionists and shop with brands such as Lululemon and Rude Health.

HAYHOUSE IGNITE  18th March

hayhouse ignite 2017

Held at Tuke Hall in Regents Park, London, Hay House Ignite unites the leading wellbeing teachers for a day of connection with yourself and with a tribe of others. Speakers include Rebecca Campbell (you can read about an event of hers which I attended here) Mel Wells, Sandy Newbigging, Beth Kempton, Charlie Morley, Carrie Green and Sonia Choquette.

THE LONDON WELLBEING FESTIVAL  28th April- 1st May

 

LONDON WELLBEING FESTIVAL

Lasting 4 days and taking over London Olympia, this is the daddy of wellbeing festivals! With workshops to wellbeing areas, spas and live music, there really is something for everyone.

Highlights include the Paul McKenna workshop, meditating with mermaids in the Love Fields, taking a yoga class and checking out the hundreds of exhibitors in the marketplace. I don’t even know if 4 days is going to be long enough!

THE BALANCE FESTIVAL  12-14th May

Taking place in Old Truman Brewery, London, The Balance Festival brings together foodies, yogis and wellbeing experts to educate visitors to be the best versions of themselves.

With 4 main themes of food, fitness, wellbeing and travel, you are able to take part in fitness classes from the likes of Barry’s or Triyoga, watch cooking demonstrations and talk to the likes of Boys of Yoga and Track Mafia.

MINDFUL LIVING SHOW 2nd-3rd June

Hosted at the Business Design Centre in London, the Mindful Living Show gives visitors the opportunity to learn more about living mindfully through talks, exhibitions and workshops.

Featuring a main stage, mindful living and health and science theatre, experience lounge, teacher’s hangout and zen market, there’s everything you need to live mindfully all under one roof!
